Source and screen candidates across all teams
Run English screening and coordinate interviews
Manage onboarding and documentation
Track attrition and help fix the causes

Days 1–14Training Unpaid, and the hardest two weeks you will have here.
Hit targetFirst paid day Reach the target on day 9 and you are paid from day 9.
Day 14Decision We assess and give you a straight answer either way.
TrainedBasic + commission A real basic salary, with sales commission paid in US dollars.
18 monthsPermanent benefits Provident fund, health insurance and the rest.
CeilingOps Manager Current or new projects. That seat is reachable.
