What you'll be doing

  • Supervise a desk of dispatch agents on shift
  • Review output and handle escalations
  • Coach new agents through their first accounts
  • Report to operations on performance
You'll need

What we're looking for

  • Fluent English
  • 2+ years dispatch or logistics experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
